This module provides an introduction to sequences and sets in mathematics. We will explore sequence and term-to-term rule, linear sequences and techniques to identify term-to-term rules, position-to-term rules for different types of sequences, questions related to the nth term, how to create a sequence table for a given pattern, rational numbers and converting them from decimal numbers to fractions, what conditions need to be met for a group of data to be considered a set, writing sets in tabular and descriptive forms, union and intersection of sets using Venn diagrams, and the use of set builder notation.
